Sharon Wilson & Co. wins landmark Privy Council case which clarifies conveyancing practice in The Bahamas

The Privy Council in the landmark case of Dennis Dean and Another v Arawak Homes Limited addresses issues of significance to the practice of conveyancing in The Bahamas.

The Privy Council also settled the issue of ownership of a large tract of land in New Providence. Justice Neville Smith (Ret.) and Sharlyn Smith appeared successfully on behalf of the Respondent.
